As a result, and pursuant to 19 CFR Part 351.207(d), the ITA's AD duty investigation on bottle-grade PET resin from Taiwan, as well as the companion International Trade Commission (ITC) AD injury investigation, are automatically terminated.

(In both the preliminary and final AD duty determinations, the AD duty rate was de minimis for Far Eastern Textile Ltd. and for "all others," and therefore liquidation was never suspended for subject merchandise from Taiwan.)

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the investigation (which reflects a revised subject HTS number, etc. from the preliminary AD duty determination), etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 10/29/04 news, 04102925, for BP summary of the preliminary negative AD duty determination for subject merchandise from Taiwan, including postponement of the deadline for the final AD duty determination.
