Scope of Investigation Clarified

In the final determination, the ITA modified the scope of the investigation to refer to excluded merchandise as "breeding stock swine," rather than the term "breeding swine," which was used in the preliminary determination's scope.

In addition, the ITA now states that the subject merchandise is currently classifiable under the eight-digit HTS numbers 0103.91.00 and 0103.92.00, rather than the ten-digit HTS numbers used in the preliminary determination's scope: HTS 0103.91.0010, 0103.91.0020, 0103.91.0030, 0103.92.0010, and 0103.92.0090 (note that 0103.92.0090 has been replaced by 0103.92.0020 and 0103.92.0091)
