(a) The ITA has determined that a preliminary AD duty rate of zero exists.
(b) The ITA has determined that a preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.38% exists.
(c) The ITA has determined that a preliminary de minimis CV duty rate of 0.08% exists.
Preliminary Results Are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD and CV duty administrative reviews which are currently due no later than April 20, 2005 (CV) and April 26, 2005 (AD).
