U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced that the 2005 tariff-rate quota (TRQ) on milk and cream, fluid or frozen, fresh or sour, provided for in HTS Chapter 4, Additional U.S. Note (AUSN) 5 will open on Monday, January 3, 2005 at 12 noon E.S.T., or its equivalent in other time zones.

1. 2005 TRQ on Milk and Cream, Fluid or Frozen, Fresh or Sour Opens January 3, 2005

According to CBP, New Zealand will have a low-duty minimum access amount of 5,678,117 liters, with 1,016,723 liters available at the low-duty rate for most countries or areas. 2. 2005 TRQ on Dairy Products Opens January 3, 2005

CBP has announced the 2005 TRQ on dairy products provided for in HTS Chapter 4, AUSN 10. According to CBP, this TRQ opens on Monday, January 3, 2005 at 12 noon E.S.T., or its equivalent in other time zones, with the below-listed countries or areas having the following low-duty minimum access amounts:
