Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/02 - 01/31/03)
The ITA has previously stated that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate entries of the subject merchandise during the review period that are from the above-listed companies at the calculated importer-specific assessment rates (unless it is zero or de minimis (i.e., less than 0.50%), in which case liquidation will occur without regard to AD duties).
