Timely, relevant coverage of court proceedings and agency rulings involving tariffs, classification, valuation, origin and antidumping and countervailing duties. Each day, Trade Law Daily subscribers receive a daily headline email, in-depth PDF edition and access to all relevant documents via our trade law source document library and website.
(CBP notes that this publication was first issued in 1990 and was previously revised in January 2001 and January 2004.)
Each of the chapters in the Customs Valuation Encyclopedia (1980-2003) contains a variety of information, including (depending on the chapter) statutory provisions, portions of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) Valuation Agreement, summaries of judicial precedent, and CBP Headquarters ruling summaries/excerpts.
