Further Postponement of Final AD Duty Determination

The ITA states that IIMAK made this request for postponement under 19 CFR 351.210(b)(2)(i) which allows the petitioner to request postponement of the final determination if the preliminary determination is negative.

The ITA further states that it is postponing this final AD duty determination because no compelling reasons for denial of the petitioner's request exist.

(See ITA notice for more information. See ITT's Online Archives or 12/23/03 and 02/25/04 news, 03122355 and 04022540 for BP summaries of the preliminary negative AD duty determination and previous postponement of the final AD duty determination for subject merchandise from South Korea, respectively.)
