The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice stating that at the request of the respondent, Qingdao Wenkem (F.T.Z.) Postponement of Final AD Duty Determination

The ITA also states that at the request of QWTC, it has extended the provisional measures (suspension of liquidation and AD cash deposit/bond requirements) accordingly.

The ITA states that because the preliminary AD duty determination was affirmative, QWTC accounts for a significant proportion of exports of the subject merchandise, and no compelling reasons for denial exist, it is extending the due date for the final AD duty determination to no later than 135 days after January 27, 2004 (the date of publication of the preliminary AD duty determination.)

(See ITA notice for more information. See ITT's Online Archives or 01/29/04 news, 04012940 for BP summary of the preliminary affirmative AD duty determination in this investigation.)
