(b) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or the original investigation, but the manufacturer is, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise.

(c) The cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will continue to be 4.48%, the "all others" rate from the original investigation.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (August 2, 2001 - January 28, 2002 and March 8, 2002 - February 28, 2003)

According to the ITA, it will determine and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries.

The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of March 4, 2004.
