Antidumping Duty Order Administrative Reviews Initiated
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated administrative reviews of the following antidumping (AD) duty orders for the specified companies listed in the ITA notice:

1 The ITA states that it did not include the company listed in this ITA notice in its previous initiation notice for December cases.
2 The ITA states that if the company listed in this initiation notice does not qualify for a separate rate, all other exporters of subject merchandise who have not qualified for a separate rate will be covered by this review as part of the China-wide entity of which the listed exporters are a part.
If requested by a domestic interested party within 30 days of February 24, 2004, the ITA states that it will determine whether AD duties have been absorbed by an exporter or producer subject to the review if the subject merchandise is sold in the U.S. through an importer that is affiliated with such exporter or producer.
The ITA also states that it intends to issue the final results of these reviews not later than January 31, 2005.
