The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has issued a Federal Register notice stating that pursuant to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the existing export visa and folklore certification requirements are being canceled for textile and apparel products in Categories 410, 433, 443, and 611 as such products are no longer subject to 'regular' quotas for exports from Mexico on and after January 1, 2004. 2. Federal Register Notice on the CDC's Import Ban of Civets

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Federal Register notice stating that, effective on January 13, 2004, it is banning the importation of all civets (Family: Viverridae) immediately and until further notice, in order to prevent the importation and spread of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). 3. NCBFAA's 30th Annual Conference to be Held March 21-24, 2004
