1 The ITA states that it will be conducting the review of this order on an industry-wide basis and not for individual companies.
If requested by a domestic interested party within 30 days of January 22, 2004, the ITA states that it will determine whether AD duties have been absorbed by an exporter or producer subject to the review if the subject merchandise is sold in the U.S. through an importer that is affiliated with such exporter or producer.
ITA Receives Timely Request to Revoke in Part One AD Duty Order
The ITA states that it has received a timely request to revoke in part the AD duty order on stainless steel wire rod from India (A-533-808).
The ITA also states that it intends to issue the final results of these reviews not later than December 31, 2004.
