The ITA states that as of April 2002, Sammi Steel Co., Ltd. (Sammi) changed its name to BNG Steel Co., Ltd.
1 The ITA states that it found INI and Sammi to be cross-owned and are therefore calculating a single rate for both companies (this includes Inchon and BNG).
The ITA states that the CV cash deposit rates for all non-reviewed companies are unchanged by the results of this review.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/01 - 12/31/01)
The ITA states that it has calculated an individual subsidy rate of 0.55% for INI/BNG and will instruct CBP to assess CV duties on all appropriate entries.
In addition, the assessment rates for all non-reviewed companies are the CV cash deposit rates in effect at time of entry.
