Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/01 - 12/31/01)

The ITA states that it has calculated an individual net subsidy rate of 13.37% for AHMSA and will instruct CBP to assess CV duties on all appropriate entries.

In addition, the assessment rates for all non-reviewed companies are the CV cash deposit rates in effect at time of entry.
